Pack&Co. Is Coming to Wheatland Plaza
A new logistics hub launching this June to support Southern Dallas small businesses.
DUNCANVILLE, TX — 426 E. Wheatland Rd., Duncanville TX 75116
March 11th, 2026 — Pack&Co., a membership-based logistics and business support hub, will open in June 2026 at Wheatland Plaza, introducing a new model for shipping, mail handling, and small business infrastructure in Southern Dallas County. Built around speed, predictable access, and operational clarity, Pack&Co. is designed for e-commerce sellers, tradespeople, mobile professionals, and growing entrepreneurs who rely on shipping and logistics.
Local research of more than 20,000 respondents found that over 80% have considered switching from their current shipping provider, citing long wait times as the leading frustration. Meanwhile, Dallas County business applications have increased more than 40% since 2019, reinforcing demand for reliable logistics infrastructure closer to where entrepreneurs live and work.
Pack&Co. was conceived in November 2025 after identifying a consistent gap in Southern Dallas: increasing entrepreneurial activity without systems designed for repeat, high-frequency users. “This isn’t another transactional shipping counter,” Brackens said. “It’s a logistics membership built to remove friction. Our goal is under 30 seconds of wait time and a predictable experience every visit.”
A Logistics-First Membership Model
Pack&Co. replaces one-off retail transactions with tiered memberships that provide:
- Real street addresses and secure mailboxes
- 24/7 drop-off and package pickup access
- After-hours member entry
- Printing and administrative services
- Inventory holding and light fulfillment support
Unlike traditional shipping retailers, members are not competing in unpredictable lines. The membership structure is designed to reduce congestion and support consistent service quality. Survey findings show nearly 70% of small business users rank fast, convenient shipping as their top priority, validating Pack&Co.’s logistics-first approach.
Built by an Operational Team
The launch is supported by a team focused on execution, experience design, and systems integration.
- Justin Bailey, oversees space planning and build-out coordination.
- Shanisha Blanks, leads customer experience framework and service standards
- Max Ateh, oversees systems and infrastructure.
- Quaite Dodson, leads market research and growth analysis
- Mark Largo, supports project management, systems and infrastructure.
Anchored at Wheatland Plaza
Pack&Co. selected Wheatland Plaza for its accessibility and role as a daily neighborhood destination. The business is designed to become a high-frequency traffic driver for the plaza while serving Southern Dallas entrepreneurs. During its first six months, Pack&Co. will focus on operational stability and member onboarding. In 2027, the team plans to refine offerings based on real usage data, with potential expansion into additional Southern Dallas locations in 2028.
